Administrative Executive

Innova Solutions is seeking a skilled Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support.
Employment Type:
Contract, with potential for conversion to permanent role
Key Responsibilities:
As an Executive Assistant, your duties will include:
- Managing executive calendars and scheduling.
- Coordinating weekly and monthly meetings with key stakeholders.
- Facilitating domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Assisting with budget management and expense tracking.
- Collaborating with various teams to prepare for important milestones.
- Working alongside other administrative professionals for seamless scheduling.
- Building and maintaining relationships with executive assistants across departments.
- Handling out-of-office requests and communications.
- Managing requests for technical resources, including IT equipment.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A high school diploma, associate degree, or relevant professional certification.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience supporting executive leadership is preferred.
Compensation and Benefits:
Pay Range: $35-$40 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
