Job Overview

Position: Executive Assistant II
Company: Nationmind
Contract Duration: 06 months (with potential for extension)

Key Responsibilities

Executive Coordination:
- Manage calendars for multiple executives
- Organize weekly and monthly meetings with key stakeholders
- Facilitate domestic and international travel arrangements
- Oversee budget management and expense tracking for executives

Milestone Management:
- Collaborate with teams to prepare for significant business milestones
- Work alongside other administrative professionals for optimal scheduling
- Build and maintain relationships with executive assistants across departments

General Support:
- Handle out-of-office communications and requests
- Assist with technical resource needs, including IT equipment and upgrades

Additional Duties:
- Address scheduling conflicts and escalate to executives for resolution
- Ensure travel arrangements meet business requirements

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Associate Degree
- Strong organizational skills and excellent communication abilities

Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience supporting executive-level management

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Administration or Business
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with agile decision-making capabilities
