Corporate Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Corporate Office Coordinator to join our team at Vytalyze Minds Corp. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, with competitive pay of $15-$22 per hour, based on experience.
Job OverviewThe Corporate Office Coordinator will be responsible for organizing and maintaining office operations, sorting and distributing communications, creating and updating accurate records, scheduling meetings and appointments, monitoring office supplies, and resolving office-related issues. The ideal candidate will have strong telephone skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Office Operations: Organize and maintain office procedures, ensure efficient communication flow, and implement process improvements as needed.
- Communication Management: Sort and distribute incoming communications, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to relevant personnel.
- Record Keeping: Create, update, and maintain accurate and confidential records, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Scheduling: Schedule meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring timely notifications and updates.
- Supply Chain Management: Monitor office supplies, order materials as needed, and address shortages promptly.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve office-related issues, collaborating with other departments to ensure policy compliance.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Language Skills: Fluent in Spanish (required), English is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Strong telephone skills, friendly demeanor, and effective communication style.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
