The New Home Sales Consultant Trainee at Lennar will oversee the operations of a Welcome Home Center under the mentorship of an experienced professional. This role involves generating and sustaining a strong sales pipeline, engaging with clients to facilitate sale agreements, and successfully closing new home transactions.

Your Role and Responsibilities
  • Cultivate and establish connections with visitors to comprehend their home purchasing requirements, employing the company's sales philosophy.
  • Proactively generate sales leads through community involvement, partnerships with realtors, and targeted prospecting efforts.
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of the competitive landscape, including product offerings, community features, and demographic insights.
  • Maintain consistent communication with customers from initial engagement to post-closing, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
  • Participate in sales meetings, neighborhood events, and marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure the upkeep of Welcome Home Center models and available inventory homes.
  • Complete necessary training and engage in community events and outreach programs.



Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree and real estate license are preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with sales tracking systems.
  • Self-driven with a positive demeanor and a strong work ethic.

Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements:



Regular, in-person attendance at Company communities/job sites and offices during standard work hours is a crucial aspect of this role. This position is primarily active, involving office/phone work and navigating various weather conditions and uneven surfaces to and within homesites in the community. A valid state driver's license is necessary for transporting customers throughout the neighborhood and community, visiting realtor offices, and attending various meetings as part of self-generating sales efforts. Finger dexterity is required for operating computer keyboards and telephone equipment. Must be capable of lifting and carrying supplies and materials weighing up to 25 pounds.
