The New Home Consultant Trainee at Lennar will oversee the operations of a Welcome Home Center under the mentorship of an experienced professional. This role involves developing and sustaining a strong sales pipeline, interacting with customers to facilitate sale agreements, and finalizing new home transactions.

Your Role and Responsibilities
  • Build and nurture relationships with visitors to comprehend their home purchasing requirements, applying the company's sales philosophy.
  • Proactively generate sales leads through community involvement, partnerships with realtors, and active prospecting.
  • Acquire extensive knowledge of the competitive landscape, including product offerings, community attributes, and demographic insights.
  • Maintain consistent communication with customers from initial engagement to post-closing, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
  • Participate in sales meetings, community promotions, and marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure the upkeep of Welcome Home Center models and available inventory homes.
  • Complete necessary training and engage in community events and outreach programs.



Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree and real estate license are preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of utilizing sales tracking software.
  • Self-driven with a positive demeanor and strong work ethic.

Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements:



Regular, in-person attendance at Company communities/job sites and offices during standard work hours is a fundamental aspect of this role. This position is primarily active, involving office/phone tasks and navigating various weather conditions and uneven surfaces to and within homesites in the community. A valid state driver's license is required for transporting customers throughout the neighborhood and community, visiting realtor offices, and attending various meetings related to self-generating sales. Finger dexterity is necessary for operating computer keyboards and telephone equipment. The ability to lift and carry supplies and materials up to 25 pounds is also required.
