Your Responsibilities:

As a key member of our energetic team, you will operate in a remote call center setting, managing inbound inquiries and promoting home services such as TV, Internet, Phone, and other offerings for esteemed brand partners. Your daily activities will include:

  • Participating in a comprehensive 6-week training program conducted in a virtual team environment.
  • Thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced atmosphere.
  • Handling a high volume of calls, averaging 20-25 consecutive interactions each day.
  • Aiming to finalize sales during the initial call.
  • Engaging in weekly coaching sessions with a Team Lead.
  • Enjoying a structured schedule that includes a 1-hour lunch and a 30-minute break to recharge.

What We Provide:

  • Remote work opportunity with all necessary equipment supplied by the company.
  • Competitive base pay of $10/hr plus uncapped commissions, with top performers earning up to $60k annually.
  • Completion bonuses of $100/week during the 6-week training program.
