Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and increasing sales.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, establish relationships with key decision-makers, and develop strategies to increase sales.
- Sales Strategy: Work closely with our branch to develop and implement sales strategies that meet the company's growth objectives.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their staffing needs and provide solutions.
- Marketing and Sales: Develop and execute marketing plans to promote our services and attract new clients.
- Recruitment: Source and recruit high-quality candidates for placement.
- Community Involvement: Establish and maintain community contacts through community involvement and organizations.
- Experience: At least 5+ years of professional experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
- Education: College education preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
