  • Revenue Growth and Retention
    • Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities to expand services and solutions within each member's business.
    • Monitor account performance and identify areas for improvement or optimization.
    • Proactively address any issues or concerns to ensure member satisfaction and retention.
  • Risk Management and Issue Resolution
    • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact member satisfaction or performance.
    • Act as a liaison between members and internal teams to address any issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a business development role and/or sales-related field - Minimum 3-5 years of experience.
  • Examples of meeting or exceeding sales targets and goals.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to flourish in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce software and Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven - Must be a team player with the ability to also work independently.
  • Must be willing to travel and stay overnight in the territory.
  • Convention show travel is required.
