Position Summary

Reporting to the Manager of Talent Acquisition, the Senior Recruiter collaborates closely with HR Business Partners and leadership to align workforce strategies with organizational goals. This role is pivotal in fostering strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike, both internal and external. The Senior Recruiter will devise and implement effective recruitment strategies and marketing campaigns tailored to meet the staffing needs of our internal clients.


Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and nurture robust partnerships with internal stakeholders while overseeing the complete recruitment lifecycle.
  • Develop diverse sourcing channels, including candidate pipelines, to attract top talent, utilizing technology for efficiency.
  • Identify and execute innovative sourcing strategies tailored to specific job roles through comprehensive research and resource utilization.
  • Provide training to recruitment team members on new digital platforms, networking groups, and innovative sourcing techniques.
  • Lead discussions on talent acquisition strategies with various departments.
  • Consult with HR Business Partners to create effective recruitment plans that align with workforce needs and budgetary constraints.
  • Ensure a diverse and qualified applicant pool through proactive sourcing methods, including community engagement and compliance with employment laws.
  • Coordinate the development and review of the Affirmative Action Plan in collaboration with other departments.
  • Oversee the selection and implementation of appropriate assessment tools, ensuring consistency and compliance with guidelines.
  • Manage the employment offer process, ensuring adherence to policies and thorough documentation.
  • Facilitate the recruitment process for visa-sponsored candidates, ensuring proper documentation.
  • Analyze HR hiring metrics and collaborate with HR Business Partners to develop strategic solutions.
  • Contribute to the design and maintenance of recruitment systems and employment policies.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and records at all times.
  • Engage in continuous professional development and share knowledge with team members.
  • Participate in budget formulation and long-term HR planning initiatives.
  • Support the development and delivery of training programs to enhance management and staff capabilities.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and serve as a resource for complex employment inquiries.
  • Foster teamwork and communication to enhance HR service efficiency.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is required.

Experience

  • A minimum of 5 years in a full life-cycle recruiting role is required.
  • 5 years of experience in candidate sourcing is required.
  • 5 years of progressive HR experience in a dynamic recruitment environment is required.
  • Experience in scientific recruitment is preferred.
  • Proficiency in workforce segmentation and employment branding is required.
  • Experience in developing strategic recruitment plans is required.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
  • Familiarity with HRIS and recruitment management systems is preferred.
  • Experience with Affirmative Action Plans is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • In-depth knowledge of federal and state employment laws is required.
  • Ability to develop strategic sourcing and recruitment plans based on market analysis is required.
  • Strong coaching and advisory skills for hiring teams are required.
  • Problem-solving skills related to recruitment processes are required.
  • Proven experience in executing complex recruitment strategies is required.
  • Excellent project management skills are required.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills are required.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders is required.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across all management levels is required.
  • Experience working in a matrix environment is required.

Licenses and Certifications

  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification is preferred.
