Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Recruiter / Generalist to enhance our corporate HR team. This role encompasses a variety of responsibilities aimed at supporting our business functions effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle for designated roles, including:
- Creating job requisitions in the HRIS.
- Assisting hiring managers with recruitment inquiries.
- Reviewing applications and sourcing candidates.
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews.
- Conducting interviews and generating offer letters.

2. Source candidates through diverse channels such as job boards, social media, and networking.

3. Ensure a positive candidate experience by addressing inquiries promptly and assisting with their needs.

4. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements.

5. Extend job offers and facilitate a seamless onboarding process.

6. Serve as the primary HR contact for employees and managers within assigned groups, addressing concerns and ensuring adherence to company policies.

7. Support employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.

8. Act as the first point of contact for employee relations matters, assisting with investigations and performance improvement plans.

9. Liaise with benefits, payroll, and HR operations to resolve employee inquiries.

10. Assist in annual HR processes such as performance reviews and succession planning.

11. Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.

12. Participate in project teams for various HR initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience, with at least 1 year in an HR generalist role preferred.
- Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies and sourcing strategies.
- Familiarity with HRIS and applicant tracking systems, with a preference for SuccessFactors experience.
- Knowledge of federal and state employment regulations.
- Proven ability to manage projects effectively and deliver results.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
- HR certification such as PHR or SHRM CP is a plus.
