Job SummaryOur Talent Acquisition Intern will support our Talent Acquisition Team at our headquarters. As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will have the opportunity to experience the recruitment lifecycle and gain exposure to other facets of Human Resources, including diversity initiatives and more.
Key Responsibilities- Learn the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, selection, hiring, and onboarding.
- Train on the use of recruitment systems and sourcing tools.
- Assist with recruitment marketing and utilizing social media to attract viable talent.
- Work with the team to build talent pipelines and develop competitor analysis.
- Gain exposure to our ongoing diversity initiatives.
- Assist with SharePoint projects and interview scheduling.
- Develop a working relationship with business unit leaders and Shared Services Teams.
- High School Diploma, GED, or HSED
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a closely related major
- Minimum GPA of 2.8
