Your Contributions:
We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at our Global Headquarters. This role operates in a Hybrid model, requiring on-site presence for three days a week.

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will engage in a consultative partnership with hiring teams to strategically source, recruit, and onboard exceptional talent.

In this capacity, you will devise strategies and implement actions to source, evaluate, and select senior-level candidates for various job openings across our locations.

Our talent acquisition priorities encompass multiple engineering fields, sales and marketing, project management, corporate roles, and all levels of manufacturing operations.

This position will contribute insights on all Talent Acquisition processes and act as a subject matter expert, offering guidance and support to hiring managers.

The Talent Acquisition Team at Badger Meter consists of five members, fostering a collaborative and diverse work environment.


Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to gain a deep understanding of the team's talent needs, requirements, and the scope of open roles.

Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies for each requisition, leveraging your knowledge of employment markets, competitors, adjacent industries, and career trajectories.

Utilize various methods to identify passive candidates, including social media, career platforms, networks, and professional associations.
Conduct pre-screening calls to evaluate candidates' abilities, relevant experience, and organizational fit.
Highlight what makes Badger Meter appealing to candidates, emphasizing key aspects of our employee value proposition.
Draft job offer letters and extend offers to selected candidates.
Lead talent acquisition initiatives regularly (employer branding, candidate experience, hiring processes, etc.).

Establish and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a positive recruitment experience and effective communication throughout the process.

Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscapes, and recruiting challenges to provide effective solutions.
May mentor other team members.
Represent Badger Meter at community events, including local job fairs and workforce development initiatives.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree Preferred
5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition required
Proficient in sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.)
Ability to assess and align candidate experience, skills, and motivation with job requirements and cultural fit
Experience in creating and executing innovative sourcing strategies for challenging positions.
Strong background in advising and consulting throughout the entire Talent Acquisition lifecycle.
