Position Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is tasked with devising innovative strategies to cultivate candidate talent pipelines and deliver sourcing solutions for positions with high recruitment volumes.

The Coordinator offers consultation and insights grounded in a comprehensive understanding of talent market dynamics, competitive intelligence, and organizational requirements.


Responsibilities:
Conduct full life cycle recruitment for high volume roles.

Utilize databases, social media platforms, and internal ATS to discover potential candidates and establish a robust talent pipeline for high volume positions.

Sustain a talent pool of passive candidates to minimize sourcing durations for future searches.
Evaluate and present suitable candidates to the Talent Acquisition Specialist and/or hiring manager.

Achieve recruitment objectives while maintaining recruitment data and generating regular reports to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies.

Engage with external sources within the talent community to continually enhance relationships and uphold the company's market presence.

Participate in various recruitment events, including traditional Career Fairs and professional association gatherings.
Proactively communicate the status of searches to the Talent Acquisition Specialist and/or hiring manager.
Provide recommendations to the Talent Acquisition Specialist and/or hiring manager regarding sourcing strategies. Gather feedback from the Talent Acquisition Specialist and/or hiring manager on candidates and arrange interviews.
Leverage Versiti's employment brand to support marketing initiatives and traditional as well as non-traditional recruitment channels, such as LinkedIn, Professional Associations, talent pools, social media, etc.
Maintain communication with candidates throughout the interview process.

Ensure compliance with OFCCP and FLSA regulations by adhering to recruitment processes, rules, and regulations, including proper documentation and candidate dispositioning; maintain accurate and well-organized records on all candidates, searches, and interactions with hiring managers.

Perform additional duties as required or assigned that are reasonably within the scope of this job classification.
Understand and operate in accordance with all relevant regulatory and compliance requirements.
Adhere to all standard operating policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred. Experience: 1-3 years of recruiting experience required, including high volume sourcing experience.

1-3 years of experience in recruiting and sourcing within the healthcare sector preferred. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Understanding of principles and procedures for recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, and human resources information systems.
