ESC Talent Acquisition Specialist - Role Summary
We are in search of a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in the Milwaukee region. Educated Solutions Corporation, a $10M boutique staffing agency, focuses on providing contract and direct placement staffing solutions. Our primary clientele includes several prominent nationwide organizations along with numerous local partners. This position will initially require presence in Brookfield, WI, transitioning into a hybrid work model.
- Salary range: $50K - $80K plus commission, depending on experience

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Educated Solutions Corporation, you will be responsible for managing a diverse range of recruitment activities across the United States. Our firm partners with leading companies such as CBRE, Amazon, CDW, and Aurora Healthcare, in addition to over 50 Wisconsin-based clients. Your expertise will be essential in sourcing, screening, and presenting candidates for various roles, including light industrial, skilled trades, professional, technical, and executive positions.
This role encompasses a wide array of recruitment and client management duties, with a strong emphasis on exceptional interpersonal skills. You will be expected to:
- Identify and recruit potential candidates from our extensive internal database, job boards, and social media platforms.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed for effective hiring processes.
- Guide candidates and clients through the entire staffing lifecycle, including screening, interviewing, and job offers.
- Manage client accounts and consult on optimizing the staffing process to enhance quality and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of client and candidate interactions in our applicant tracking system.
- Conduct meetings with candidates to finalize hiring paperwork and provide employment documentation.
- Proactively source and engage candidates to build a robust network for future opportunities.
- Support contract employees to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
- 1-5 years of experience in the staffing industry, preferably with a staffing agency
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for at least one year
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed for staffing
- Adept at analyzing and interpreting resumes, job descriptions, and business communications
- Strong presentation skills and ability to respond to inquiries from various stakeholders
- Ability to commit to a standard 40-hour work week during regular business hours
- Willingness to travel to meet candidates and clients as necessary
- Capability to train and meet at the Brookfield office as required
- Option to work from a home office with reliable internet access
