ESC Talent Acquisition Specialist - Role Summary
We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in the Milwaukee area. Educated Solutions Corporation, a $10M boutique staffing agency, focuses on providing contract and direct placement staffing solutions. Our primary clients span across the nation, alongside numerous local businesses in Milwaukee. This position offers a hybrid work model based in Brookfield, WI.
- Compensation ranges from $50K to $80K base salary plus commission, depending on experience.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Educated Solutions Corporation, you will be responsible for supporting a diverse range of nationwide recruitment efforts. Our clients include major organizations such as CBRE, Amazon, CDW, and Aurora Healthcare, in addition to over 50 local clients in Wisconsin who depend on us for exceptional candidates in a timely manner. Your expertise will be crucial in sourcing, screening, and delivering candidates for various roles, including light industrial, skilled trades, professional, technical, and executive positions. While our offices are located in Brookfield, this role will transition into a hybrid format following initial training. However, attendance at meetings in Brookfield, WI is essential.
This position encompasses a variety of recruitment and client management tasks, with a strong emphasis on interpersonal skills and effective communication at all levels. Key responsibilities include:
- Recruiting and sourcing potential candidates from a database of over 200K candidates, job boards, and social media platforms.
- Utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed for staffing purposes.
- Guiding candidates and clients through the complete staffing process, including screening, submission, interviews, and job offers.
- Managing client accounts and consulting to optimize the staffing process for quality and efficiency.
- Maintaining accurate records of client and candidate information in our applicant tracking system.
- Meeting with candidates to complete onboarding paperwork and deliver employment packages.
- Proactively sourcing and recruiting candidates to build a network for future positions.
- Ensuring contract employees are satisfied and retained within ESC.
- 1-5 years of experience in the staffing industry, preferably with a staffing agency.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 1 year of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed for staffing roles.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business documents, including resumes and job descriptions.
- Experience in presenting information and addressing inquiries from candidates, account managers, and clients in both written and verbal formats.
- Ability to work a standard 40-hour week during regular business hours, starting onsite in Brookfield, WI.
- Willingness to travel to various locations in Wisconsin for candidate and client meetings as needed.
- Capability to train and meet at the Brookfield office as required.
- Ability to work from a home office with reliable internet access.
