About the Role:

The Talent Acquisition Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and leading large-scale projects from initiation to completion. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects within budget, on time, and in line with stakeholders' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
  • Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, setting milestones, and ensuring adherence to timelines.
  • Scope Definition: Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Team Leadership: Lead project teams, providing guidance, direction, and support to ensure effective collaboration and achievement of project goals.
  • Project Risk Management: Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
  • Project Budgeting: Monitor project budget, resource allocation, and overall project health, taking necessary actions to keep projects on track.
  • Project Post-Mortem: Conduct project post-mortems, capturing lessons learned and implementing improvements for future projects.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, Computer Science) or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Project Manager, successfully delivering complex projects, ideally in a senior-level capacity.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
  • Qualifications: Solid understanding of budgeting, resource management, and risk management. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and ensuring effective project delivery.
