Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and nurture relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates.
  • Collaborate with clients to fill urgent job openings.
  • Match clients with qualified candidates, leading to successful placements.
  • Utilize recruiting tools and resources effectively.
  • Conduct cold calls, screen candidates, and prepare both candidates and clients for interviews, including assisting with job offer negotiations.
  • Perform reference checks on candidates.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Consistent high-volume outreach to source clients and candidates.
  • Comfortable building relationships in a professional setting.
  • Integrity, confidentiality, and an ethical approach are essential.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • A degree is preferred but not mandatory.
