Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and licensed Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team at Innovative Physical Therapy, LLC. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Treatment Plans: Collaborate with our physical therapists to design and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs and goals of each patient.
  • Provide Patient Care: Assist patients with exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions to promote optimal recovery and functional ability.
  • Monitor Patient Progress: Regularly assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Communicate Effectively: Maintain open and effective communication with patients, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Document patient progress, treatment plans, and other relevant information in accordance with our practice's policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Current Maryland State Registration: Possess a current and valid registration as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the state of Maryland.
  • Education and Training: Have graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
  • Strong Analytical and Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
