Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and licensed physical therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Treatment Planning: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' physical limitations and promote functional recovery.
  • Manual Therapy: Perform manual therapy techniques, including range of motion exercises and electrical stimulation, to improve flexibility, reduce pain, and enhance muscle strength.
  • Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess patients' progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Patient Education: Educate patients on proper techniques for maintaining optimal physical function, promoting self-management and independence.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Licensure: Possess a current Maryland state registered license as a physical therapist.
  • Education: Graduated from an accredited institution with a degree in physical therapy.
  • Skills: Demonstrate excellent analytical assessment skills, independent decision-making, and effective communication skills.
