Front Desk Coordinator

We are seeking a Front Desk Coordinator - San Francisco/Oakland to join our team at The Millennium Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will provide exceptional customer service, administrative support, and general office services in our San Francisco and Oakland locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting clients and visitors
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed
- Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Assist with special projects and events as needed
About You:
- You have 1-2 years of experience in a corporate front desk or reception environment
- You possess excellent communication and organizational skills
- You are able to work independently with minimal supervision
- You have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record and/or reliable transportation
- You are proficient in MS-Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $55,000 per year, based on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
