Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Corporate Receptionist to join our team at MSCCN. As the first point of contact for visitors and clients, you will play a critical role in creating a positive impression of our company.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and guests.
- Manage the front desk area to ensure a clean and organized environment.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate meetings and events with ease.
- Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 1 year experience in a corporate front desk or reception environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
