About the Role

As a seasoned Enterprise Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving new annual recurring revenue growth in the SLED Northeast region. Your goal is to overachieve sales quotas by leveraging your team's expertise and developing strategic relationships with key customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a high-performing sales team focused on selling security solutions to enterprise accounts, with a strong emphasis on account management and upselling.
  • Develop and execute a data-driven sales strategy to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key regional customers, ensuring timely renewal and upsell opportunities.
  • Partner closely with internal teams, including Sales Engineering and Product, to ensure alignment and effective go-to-market strategies.

What You Will Do:

  • Recruit, hire, and develop a world-class team of enterprise sellers, with a focus on building a diverse and inclusive sales organization.
  • Articulate and manage a clear vision for the sales team, setting goals and objectives that align with the company's overall strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging all available resources to accelerate new business.
  • Develop an overall account strategy for the region, resulting in strong execution and collaborative team selling.
Must Haves:
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, with a proven track record of success exceeding sales quotas selling security solutions.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience managing a sales team focused on growing new business and new logos.
  • A strong hunter mentality, with direct experience managing teams responsible for creating new demand, new customer acquisition, and sourcing new pipeline.

Compensation Package:

We offer a competitive base salary range of $181,600—$213,600 USD, as well as bonus, restricted stock units (RSUs), and benefits. Individual compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including their skills, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.
