Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive Sales Director to join our team in the Intel territory.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our sales efforts and driving revenue growth through the development and execution of a comprehensive sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead sales planning and execution to meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at federal agencies and IC organizations
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales strategies to drive revenue growth

For this role, we estimate an annual salary of approximately $380,000, with additional compensation tied to performance, equity, and non-qualified retirement plan contributions. A TS/SCI clearance is required for this position, which is based in the Washington DC Region.
