Enterprise Sales Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Sales Leader to join our team at CPI Security. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the sales force, developing strategies to grow the customer base, and improving sales efficiencies.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the assigned sales force to ensure awareness and training on products, services, and selling skills in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement strategies with the team to grow the customer base and increase revenue.
- Continuously seek ways to improve sales efficiencies and employee retention by providing leadership and training necessary to achieve sales objectives.
- Review sales performances of staff and provide regular feedback, establishing improvement plans as needed.
- Recruit, interview, and hire sales professionals to ensure staffing levels are met.
- Conduct regular sales meetings to communicate current sales policies and procedures, sales promotions, and branch sales numbers.
- Resolve consumer inquiries and complaints regarding installations, product quality, sales price, contract, and other relevant business.
- Meet with key customers, assisting security consultants with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- Minimum 5+ years industry experience.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficient in Sales CRM (Salesforce a plus).
