Job Overview

Dewberry is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Proposal/Marketing Coordinator to enhance our Mid-Atlantic Marketing Team.

About the Role

This position will play a crucial role in supporting various proposal initiatives across multiple markets and service areas. The successful candidate will collaborate with experienced marketers to craft compelling proposals that resonate with our target clientele.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in multiple proposal efforts simultaneously, ensuring quality and consistency.
  • Develop comprehensive proposal responses in collaboration with pursuit managers and subject matter experts.
  • Handle diverse proposal types, including state and local submissions, technical proposals, and oral presentations.
  • Ensure adherence to corporate standards for presentation graphics and proposal materials.
  • Edit and compile proposal content, verifying accuracy and formatting.
  • Work with the corporate communications team to create promotional materials and graphics.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support Client Managers.
  • Perform quality assurance checks to guarantee compliance and timely delivery of proposals.
  • Manage the production process for proposals and marketing materials.
  • Assist in the preparation of marketing collateral, including one-pagers and other promotional items.
  • Maintain Customer Relationship Management (CRM) entries and reporting.
  • Support daily marketing operations and initiatives.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in proposal production within the A/E/C industry.
  • Familiarity with state and local proposal formats.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, particularly InDesign and Acrobat Pro.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Effective proposal management skills, including attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Flexibility and self-motivation to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
