Key Responsibilities
  • Support multiple proposal initiatives across diverse markets and service offerings.
  • Collaborate with pursuit managers and subject matter experts to develop high-quality proposal responses.
  • Manage various proposal types, including state and local submissions, SF330's, design-build proposals, technical proposals, and oral presentations.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate standards for presentation graphics, proposals, resumes, and collateral materials.
  • Compile and edit proposal materials, verifying and formatting information accurately.
  • Coordinate with the corporate communications team for promotions, graphics, advertisements, and photography.
  • Assist Client Managers with market research, competitor analysis, and client intelligence.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure proposals and marketing materials are compliant and delivered punctually.
  • Oversee the proposal production process, including the assembly and delivery of final documents.
  • Support the development and submission of award entries.
  • Manage event planning for various conferences.
  • Prepare marketing collateral, including One-Pagers and other materials.
  • Maintain Customer Relationship Management (CRM) entries, edits, and reporting.
  • Assist marketing efforts in daily operations.
Qualifications

Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, English, Journalism, Graphic Design, or a related field. A minimum of 2 years of experience in producing proposals and managing proposal efforts within the A/E/C industry is required.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications (InDesign & Acrobat Pro) and extensive computer software skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, are essential. Familiarity with database/CRM systems, particularly Deltek Vision, is advantageous.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with effective proposal management abilities, including attention to detail, planning, organization, and resource management, are critical for success in this role.

Candidates must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams. Flexibility, self-motivation, and the capacity to prioritize multiple tasks while meeting tight deadlines are essential.

Willingness to travel to various office locations for meetings may be required.
