Position Overview:

The Sales Account Manager will serve as the primary liaison and trusted consultant for our clients. This role involves managing relationships with partners and stakeholders, as well as identifying new business opportunities to expand our reach. You will utilize our insights to develop tailored strategies that meet client needs and collaborate with internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing partners to increase market presence.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.
  • Conduct direct sales efforts targeting specific educational institutions.
  • Recruit and onboard new partners and clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with stakeholders.
  • Foster long-term relationships within the educational community to enhance our service offerings.
  • Provide guidance and support to partners to maximize their engagement with our programs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams regarding program offerings and client needs.
  • Manage daily communications with clients and partners.
  • Represent the organization at educational conferences and community events.
  • Address any issues related to program implementation and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: A minimum of 5 years in sales or account management within the education sector.

Skills:

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in presenting ideas and solutions to diverse audiences.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
