We are currently seeking a Sales Account Executive to join our Midwest Division, focusing on the education and local government sectors. In this role, you will target these markets, providing cutting-edge energy solutions that drive financial savings and guaranteed results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the sales process from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution and maximum ROI.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels, leveraging industry connections and market insights.
  • Educate decision-makers on Guaranteed Savings Contracts, highlighting the benefits of energy efficiency and cost savings.
  • Lead the development of solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored energy solutions.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships, fostering trust and driving business growth.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and informed decision-making.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of ESCO sales experience, with a proven track record of successful prospecting and sales growth.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, engineering, or environmental science.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Expertise in financial analysis, with a strong understanding of energy efficiency and cost savings.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with the ability to leverage technology to drive sales and business growth.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%, with a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering results.
