Position Overview:

The Sales Account Executive is tasked with meeting sales targets within designated regions by engaging in direct sales with enterprise clients. This role manages accounts directly, even when transactions are facilitated through partners.

Key Responsibilities

Comply with organizational policies and ethical standards Adhere to NETSCOUT's sales methodology Accountable for securing business in accordance with company booking protocols and revenue recognition guidelines Gain insights into the client's operations and the influence of our solutions on their success Cultivate robust relationships and provide guidance within the accounts Formulate a territory strategy targeting identified Fortune 1000 companies Build a sales pipeline that is four times the quota and consistently seek new opportunities within existing or new accounts Engage with multiple stakeholders at various levels within the accounts Collaborate effectively with Sales Engineers to ensure continuous technical support for accounts. Align with the company's strategic direction and objectives Candidate must reside in the Dallas, TX area

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree MBA is advantageous

Professional Experience:

Over 8 years of sales experience in Computer Networking and Service Assurance More than 5 years of experience selling to IT/Data Centers and C-Level executives Proven track record of success evidenced by growth in territory and professional achievements Strong, articulate comprehension of our technology, market dynamics, and client demographics Consistent history of meeting and exceeding sales quotas Established success with existing clients and a solid understanding of the territory Ability to independently manage large, complex accounts Proficient in sourcing, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities
