Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for promoting our home medical equipment to referral sources, increasing sales and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Physician Office Visits: Educate physicians and other referral sources on our products and services, identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Performance: Achieve monthly sales goals, working closely with our sales team to ensure seamless execution and excellent customer service.
  • Log Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date logs of daily activities, expenses, and mileage, submitting reports to our sales manager in a timely manner.
  • Documentation Delivery: Deliver medical documentation to physician offices as needed, ensuring timely completion and follow-up.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, organizing meals and other events to foster growth and increase sales.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety protocols, reporting any issues or concerns to our management team.
  • Territory Planning: Develop and present territory plans to leadership and peers, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, and able to work with pivot tables.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent, with one to three months of related experience or training.
  • Experience: One year of sales experience, preferably in the medical field.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree.
