Job Overview

JS Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Account Coordinator to join our team. As a key player in our business development efforts, you will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and managing new business opportunities within the Army Aviation sector and government contracting space.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, DoD officials, and industry partners
  • Lead the proposal development process, including the creation of compelling proposals, presentations, and bid strategies
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that meet client needs and align with company capabilities
  • Manage and grow existing accounts by understanding client requirements, providing exceptional service, and identifying opportunities
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote JS Solutions' capabilities
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports on business development activities, pipeline status, and forecasted revenue


Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the Army Aviation and/or government contracting sectors
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic business development plans
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Strong understanding of the Army Aviation community, including key programs, procurement processes, and stakeholder dynamics
  • Proven track record of securing new business, managing accounts, and achieving sales targets
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend industry events, and support business development activities
