About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Account Coordinator to join our team at Georgia-Pacific. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring accurate orders, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer accounts through proactive communication and collaboration with internal teams
  • Create and maintain spreadsheets to track inventory, order status, and customer data
  • Enter orders, cancellations, and changes for multiple customer accounts with accuracy and attention to customer needs
  • Coordinate shipments of products with the shipping department
  • Work with Quality Assurance to follow up on customer feedback and identify root causes to offer solutions to customers
  • Manage inventories for effective production review and planning
  • Conduct business reviews and onboarding activities with customers
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience working with customers
  • Proficient in Outlook and Excel with ability to create spreadsheets using formulas to track, calculate, and analyze data
  • Experience with record-keeping management/documentation
  • Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and travel 5-10% of the time as required to support the business
