Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Development Coordinator to join our team at Landers McLarty Subaru. As a Business Development Coordinator, you will be responsible for processing incoming and outgoing sales calls, scheduling and following up with appointments, and ensuring a high-quality, effective, and professional experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process incoming and outgoing sales calls in a prompt, professional, and courteous manner.
  • Schedule and follow up with appointments to ensure a high-quality, effective, and professional experience for every customer.
  • Follow up on leads that customers have sent who want to sell us their vehicle.
  • Manage and track appointment logs and vehicle purchase logs.
  • Explain the process to every appointment and provide the customer with the name of a manager who will be at the dealership to greet them.
  • Work with management to follow up with customers to achieve high sales volume as well as high customer service standards.
  • Ensure a thorough knowledge and understanding of products.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must meet monthly requirements set by the dealership for leads, calls, appointments, shows, and sold.
  • Knowledge of MS Office and other desktop software is helpful.
  • Strong attention to detail with strong documentation skills.
  • Excellent client follow-up abilities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Compensation and Benefits
