Position Overview:
We are in search of a driven and self-directed Service Operations Supervisor to oversee our Computer Service Repair and Knowledge Bar. Our commitment to our associates and customers has been the cornerstone of our success for over 40 years.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the Computer Service Repair Department and Knowledge Bar staff.
- Ensure accurate execution of parts orders and returns, maintaining high standards of stock quality control.
- Manage inventory processes, including cycle counts, obsolescence, and markdowns in collaboration with Service Purchasing.
- Uphold exceptional customer service standards, addressing challenging customer interactions with professionalism.
- Drive departmental performance to achieve or surpass established goals related to customer satisfaction, productivity, and operational efficiency.
- Oversee vendor relationships, focusing on parts costs, margins, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Participate in staffing, onboarding, and training initiatives.
- Assist in scheduling to guarantee adequate coverage.
- Maintain the technical certification standards of the service shop to ensure quality service and repairs.
- Ensure the organization and upkeep of the parts room and service department facilities.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree from a college or technical institution is preferred.
- A minimum of one year of supervisory or management experience in a service facility, retail service department, or technical support environment is preferred.
- A+ and Apple certifications must be obtained within 120 days of hire.

Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, capable of managing multiple customers and projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in reading, analyzing, and interpreting business documents and regulations.
- Strong writing skills for reports, correspondence, and procedural manuals.
- Ability to convey information effectively in various settings, from one-on-one interactions to larger group presentations.

Mathematical and Reasoning Skills:
- Competence in calculating figures such as discounts, interest, and percentages.
- Ability to apply basic algebra concepts and solve problems through data collection and analysis.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds regularly, with occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Willingness to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
