Sales Excellence and Operations Leader

About the Role

This is a leadership position that requires a strong background in sales and commercial operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales performance and improving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and Deploy Sales Strategies

Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives. This includes defining sales targets, developing sales plans, and deploying sales analytics and dashboards to support sales leaders in managing their resources efficiently.

Lead Sales Teams

Lead a team of sales professionals and provide guidance and support to help them achieve their sales targets. This includes coaching, mentoring, and developing sales skills to ensure that the team is equipped to meet the demands of the sales environment.

Drive Commercial Operations

Develop and implement commercial operations strategies that improve sales performance and operational efficiency. This includes developing sales processes, implementing sales tools, and analyzing sales data to identify areas for improvement.

Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure that sales strategies are aligned with overall business objectives.

Requirements

  • Education

Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred.

Experience

Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales within a services healthcare, health technology, or life sciences company. Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, sales management, sales performance coaching, or sales excellence.

Skills

Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of management (internal/external) both up and down stream. Advanced analytics and ROI analysis. Expert user of Microsoft Office applications, Microsoft Excel expertise, proficiency in business intelligence platforms (Tableau, DOMO, Qlikview, Salesforce, Power BI, etc.).

Leadership and Team Management

Leadership and team management skills, ability to lead and develop people. Proven cross-functional leader that can provide key insights to advance the business.

  • Total Target Earnings

Total Target Earnings is composed of base salary + target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $147,000 to $252,000 annually, plus company fleet/car.

Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance. The Philips Total Rewards compensation package includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement, and much more.
