Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the Field Service team, including hiring, training, development, mentoring, scheduling, and performance management.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the Field Service team to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional service.
- Develop and implement effective training programs to ensure the Field Service team has the necessary skills and knowledge to meet the needs of our clients.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards, as well as applicable regulations and industry standards.
- Manage budgets and resources for the designated group to ensure efficient use of resources and optimal delivery of services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a key point of contact for escalations, complex projects, or issues.
- Collaborate with other key managers to meet operational goals and objectives of the company.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, technologist diploma, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of relevant industry experience with progressively responsible experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing teams in a technical environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong technical background and knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
- Strong commitment to client service and ability to travel as required.
