  • Provide technical guidance and support to the Field Service team to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional service.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to ensure the Field Service team has the necessary skills and knowledge to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards, as well as applicable regulations and industry standards.
  • Manage budgets and resources for the designated group to ensure efficient use of resources and optimal delivery of services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a key point of contact for escalations, complex projects, or issues.
  • Collaborate with other key managers to meet operational goals and objectives of the company.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, technologist diploma, or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of relevant industry experience with progressively responsible experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing teams in a technical environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong technical background and knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
  • Strong commitment to client service and ability to travel as required.
