Key Responsibilities

Financial Oversight:
Manage all facets of financial operations, including bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, as well as the month-end closing process.
Ensure financial records are accurate and compliant with established accounting standards.
Prepare and assess financial statements, reports, and analytical reviews.


Financial Strategy & Analysis:
Support the budgeting and forecasting processes, while identifying cost-saving opportunities.
Examine financial data to detect trends, discrepancies, and areas for enhancement.
Offer financial insights and strategic recommendations to facilitate informed business choices.


Regulatory Compliance & Internal Controls:
Guarantee compliance with all financial regulations and internal policies.
Collaborate with auditors and tax professionals during review processes.
Establish and uphold robust internal controls to protect company assets.


Leadership & Collaboration:
Guide, mentor, and work alongside the finance team.
Engage effectively with other departments to provide financial support and guidance.
Maintain transparent and consistent communication with all relevant stakeholders.


Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with some managerial experience preferred.
Strong grasp of accounting principles, bookkeeping practices, and financial reporting.
Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, ADP, and MS Office Suite (especially Excel).
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Capability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
