Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen team, you'll be responsible for ensuring that our food meets the highest standards of quality and presentation. You'll work closely with our chefs and kitchen staff to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, and ensure that all food is prepared and served to our customers in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Direct and supervise the activities of kitchen staff on a shift-by-shift basis.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including the upkeep and maintenance of equipment and facilities.
  • Ensure that all food safety and hygiene standards are met.
  • Work closely with our chefs and kitchen staff to develop and implement new menu items and recipes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role.
  • Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food preparation and presentation.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
