Bilingual Sales Representative

Job Summary:
As a Bilingual Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing independent account business, with a focus on overall profitability through new sales and account penetration. You will promote and sell company-branded products, meeting brand sales objectives. Additionally, you may support customer service activities for regional and/or national chain customers, increasing visibility of the company in the marketplace and maximizing market share.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate additional business by analyzing sales territory and individual customers, sampling products, and planning sales strategies.
- Grow sales and profit margins to meet established goals.
- Set up new customer accounts, determining pricing, and working with the Credit Department for initial authorization.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service, working closely with other center personnel to coordinate efforts.
- Build additional business with current customers through product penetration to maximize profitability.
- Minimize accounts receivable problems by monitoring accounts for compliance with credit terms.
- Maintain awareness of pricing trends within the sales territory to ensure competitive pricing.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent
- Bilingual Spanish and English
- 6-12 months sales/marketing and/or restaurant experience
- Valid Driver's License
