Sales Development Manager for Ferroalloys

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Representative to join our team at INHAUS, a leading company in the metallurgical sector. As an International Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and expanding sales in the North American market.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new customers and expand existing relationships with ductile and gray iron foundries, steel mills, and distributors.
- Generate profitable revenue growth through establishing new customers, penetrating and retaining them.
- Maximize customer relationships to ensure future sales and optimize new business opportunities.
- Maintain regular, proactive communications with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Perform monthly sales planning and weekly reports of contacts.
- Respond to customer inquiries and submit offers.
Requirements:
- Higher education in metallurgy, chemistry, or a related field.
- Experience in technical and consultative sales of ferroalloys to steel mills and ductile and gray cast iron foundries.
- Desirable to have an existing portfolio of clients and a network within foundries.
- Dynamic, customer-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word and Excel.
- Fluent in English.
- Availability to travel is required.
