Sales Development Manager for Ferroalloys

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Representative to join our team at INHAUS, a leading company in the metallurgical sector. As an International Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and expanding sales in the North American market.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new customers and expand existing relationships with ductile and gray iron foundries, steel mills, and distributors.
  • Generate profitable revenue growth through establishing new customers, penetrating and retaining them.
  • Maximize customer relationships to ensure future sales and optimize new business opportunities.
  • Maintain regular, proactive communications with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Perform monthly sales planning and weekly reports of contacts.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and submit offers.

Requirements:

  • Higher education in metallurgy, chemistry, or a related field.
  • Experience in technical and consultative sales of ferroalloys to steel mills and ductile and gray cast iron foundries.
  • Desirable to have an existing portfolio of clients and a network within foundries.
  • Dynamic, customer-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word and Excel.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Availability to travel is required.
