Medical Office Coordinator

Charles W Moniak, MD, Inc is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Front Office Administrator/Scheduler to join our team in Newport Beach. This full-time position offers excellent opportunities for recent Biology graduates or similar degree holders looking to gain experience in the medical field.
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this position will be based on experience, with a range of $45,000 to $60,000 per year, including medical and retirement benefits after 90 days. The position includes a comprehensive benefits package, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Check in patients, answer phones, schedule patients, check out patients, and return phone calls
- Schedule procedures and surgeries
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure seamless communication between patients, doctors, and insurance companies
Requirements and Qualifications
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask effectively, prioritize tasks, and maintain composure in high-pressure situations
- Comfortable discussing financial information with patients and insurance companies
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work well with others
- Interest in the medical field and willingness to learn and grow professionally

- Bilingual (Spanish and English) a plus
- Ability and willingness to be cross-trained in various aspects of front office and back office duties
