In this role, you will provide administrative support to our healthcare professionals, ensuring seamless patient flow and efficient clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage patient scheduling and coordination for multiple physicians.
  • Maintain accurate records and files, utilizing Affinity and SCM information systems.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and management to ensure a positive experience.
  • Stay up-to-date on departmental standard operating procedures and quality control requirements.
  • Prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of productivity.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; one year of clerical experience preferred.
  • Basic keyboarding skills (35 WPM) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a team environment.

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is $20.25 per hour, based on the location and industry standards. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, HSA, EAP, STD, LTD, life insurance, and 401(k) options.
