Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our resin sales team in North America. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining existing customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in B2B field sales and product management
- Minimum 2 years in a leadership sales position
- B.S. degree in Sales Management, Marketing, Business Management, or Engineering
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and handle multiple assignments
