Job Title: Advanced Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Advanced Sales Director to join our team at Securian Financial Group. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to inform sales strategies and tactics
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in sales leadership or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue expansion
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
