Sales Director

The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth and achieving assigned sales goals for The Coachman Hotel. This role involves effectively soliciting and securing new business opportunities, working closely with the Director of Sales to achieve hotel revenue and market share objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
- Conduct sales calls, tours, and entertain clients to build relationships and secure new business
- Grow existing relationships with assigned accounts to increase revenue and sales
- Monitor and evaluate market trends to stay ahead of the competition
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive guest experience
- Collaborate with the Director of Sales to achieve hotel revenue and market share goals
- Develop a deep understanding of hotel operations and policies to effectively communicate with guests and colleagues
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales performance
- High school diploma or equivalent required; previous hotel sales experience preferred
- Valid driver's license for the applicable state
- Developed verbal and written communication skills to negotiate, convince, sell, and influence others
- Experience with professional selling skills, including opening, probing, supporting, and closing
- Proficient in general computer knowledge, especially Microsoft Office products
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
