VIRELLA is seeking a driven professional to lead our organization forward. With 120 years of industry leadership, we're looking for someone who shares our passion and purpose. This role involves learning our process to service our existing 2,000 business clients, developing relationships to add new clients through referrals and leads, and leading a small team to perform these tasks. As you master our systems and process, you'll become an expert in training and developing your team members, ultimately moving into the Agency Director role. This position offers a competitive weekly salary of $70,000-$85,000 in the first year. Key responsibilities include servicing existing clients, researching new business opportunities, supervising team activity and results, training and developing new team members, and daily reporting using our Salesforce-based CRM. Strong supervisory and leadership skills are essential, as well as the ability to prioritize tasks, delegate when necessary, and function well in a fast-paced environment. A passion for helping people and developing relationships is crucial, along with excellent time management and organizational skills. Sales or customer service experience is preferred, as is a self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset. The ideal candidate will also be active in the community and have knowledge of CRMs, preferably Salesforce. Licensing requirements include a driver's license and the ability to work in the U.S., with a clean background and own transportation. A 45-day minimum evaluation period is required before advancement.
