About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Patient Service Representative to join our clinical team at Dental Care Alliance. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient service and satisfaction while operating in a team-based environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet patients, sign them in, schedule future appointments, and handle incoming phone calls.
  • Respond to Patient Questions and Concerns: Address patient inquiries and concerns in accordance with Dental Care Alliance policies.
  • Scheduling and Appointment Management: Schedule appointments, maintain appointment books, confirm appointments, and follow up on no-shows and cancellations.
  • Registration and Billing: Register patients, post charges and payments to patient accounts, and maintain accurate records.
  • Waiting Area Maintenance: Ensure a clean and friendly waiting area for patients.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience working in a dental, medical, or healthcare office is preferred.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with insurance plans (HMO/PPO) is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential.
