About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Patient Service Representative to join our clinical team at Dental Care Alliance. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional patient service and satisfaction while operating in a team-based environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide a high level of customer service to patients and visitors, ensuring a positive experience from arrival to departure.
  • Phone Management: Answer and respond to patient inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Scheduling: Schedule appointments and maintain accurate records of patient appointments and treatment plans.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks, including registering patients, posting charges and payments, and maintaining a clean and friendly waiting area.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and management to ensure seamless operations and high-quality patient care.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience working in a dental, medical, or healthcare office is preferred.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of insurance plans (HMO/PPO) is a plus.
  • Customer Service Skills: Possess exceptional customer service skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
