Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred.
Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in patient registration or front office roles within a healthcare setting.
- Familiarity with insurance protocols, medical terminology, and scheduling systems is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and staff.
- Experience in financial transactions is a plus.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Understanding of insurance eligibility and referral processes.
- Ability to verify patient eligibility according to established guidelines.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and HIPAA compliance.
