POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Management Analyst, you will engage in various community service programs, focusing on enriching the lives of residents through activities at the Rancho Cordova Youth Center (RCYC) and other public art initiatives.

Your responsibilities will encompass the planning, execution, and assessment of enrichment programs and events at the RCYC, ensuring they meet community needs and expectations.

Key duties include:

  • Collaborating with program operators to schedule educational and recreational activities.
  • Coordinating public art projects, including managing contracts with artists and overseeing the installation of artworks.
  • Leading community engagement efforts and serving as a liaison with partner organizations.
  • Writing and publishing reports, manuals, and policies tailored for a creative audience.
  • Administering grants and contracts, ensuring compliance with funding requirements.
